Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not support any inhumane treatment of animals, therefore none of our products or their individual components have ever been tested on animals.
Are samples of your products available?
Product samples are not available. To test the product we recommend to try and consume one pack of the product.
How do I know if a product is suitable for my hair?
Our products are suitable for all hair types.

Where can I choose a dispensing point?
After submitting your order, a window will automatically open with the selection of your preferred branch. The selection window can be reopened by clicking on the "select branch" button on the order summary step, or via a confirmation email after clicking on the order recap button. If you need assistance with selecting a dispensing location, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or our email address orders@meer.care
What happens if I don't choose a drop-off point for my shipment?
We will try to contact you. After the order deadline, the nearest dispatch point will be automatically assigned based on your delivery address.
Import duties and taxes
There are absolutely no additional charges, taxes or duties on delivery within the EU.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No. We are currently looking for a way to make it possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or our email address orders@meer.care
Can I track my package?
Yes, we only use delivery services that can be tracked and traced. You should receive a tracking code by email after you have placed your order.
My package arrived damaged.
We recommend taking a photo of the defects and contacting the delivery company immediately. In other cases, please contact us directly via our contact form.
Delivery takes too long.
In exceptional cases, it may happen that a package is delayed due to a sorting error at the carrier's sorting depot. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or our email address orders@meer.care
Returning
Can I return the goods?
Yes, and it's easy and completely free, but for hygiene reasons we can only accept items that have not been used and are still sealed in their original packaging. To request a free return, please visit this page https://www.meer.care/resources/free-returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know by any means.
Payments
What payment methods do you support?
We accept any credit or debit card and support Apple Pay, Google Pay, browser payments and PayPal. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are also possible.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
For payment by bank transfer, please use our accounts in the currency of your order. Use the order number as the variable symbol / reference number, which can be found in the confirmation email after the order has been sent.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, but we strongly recommend paying in advance. Cash on delivery is the only payment method charged by package carriers.
Can I pay cash on delivery by card?
Yes, if the selected outlet supports it. However, if you plan to pay for your order by card, we recommend paying directly in the cart in our store.
